Nest thermostat not working

my heat link has broken down. I have an electrician out here to look at it and has definitely broken down and I have ordered electrician to come and sort it out by you but he hasn’t turned up as now.

  • Could you please confirm if you see any LED status light on the Heat Link?
  • Have you made any recent changes on the system before experiencing this issue?
