Nest thermostat offline

Had Nest Learning Thermostat since September and it's been fine,  until 3 days ago its gone offline and will not connect to WiFi or even see the router! Nest app on phone doesn't work either and it says its offline. Have tried constantly to fix it and reset and rebooted everything along the troubleshooting guides.

Help!!! Or is there a help phone line to call or get it replaced? Any help much appreciated.

Hi Jake,

Thank-you so much for your help,  it really was appreciated and you tried to get the system working for us best you could.
Arrival of new thermostat was within 2 days and brilliant! We've installed it and all working.
I packaged up our faulty device and sent it back via DHL on Saturday just gone
Thank you
Kind regards
