Nest thermostat on Home App

I have had the nest thermostat for a few years and was always able to set options on my mobile phone with Google home app, I opened the app today to turn heat down because it was warmer outside. My thermostat has just vanished from my home app. Any help would be appreciated

Same issue here… as well, I cannot seem to get past posting on here for help? Is there not a number to call? I’m at a complete loss here

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused to both of you—let's see what's going on and why it's not showing in the Google Home app.

Please make sure that you're signed in with the correct email address associated with your Nest Thermostats. If so, check for any available structures where your thermostats might be connected. Check out this guide on how to switch home structures.
