Nest thermostat schedule not working

I have a new boiler and installed Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen

The schedule to start and stop the boiler is not being activated.

I have switched the learning and home and away off and eco mode is off.

Set to heat mode

What have I got wrong?

Could it be the link wiring the engineer setup?
