I've read the other similar posts and tried trouble shooting but I'm still having this issue. The other posts are now locked.

Hi thanks. The trouble shooting article hasn't helped, I'm still having the issue probably 10 times per day - turns itself to a low temperature several minutes after I've turned it up

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to us, Bemali. I'm sorry to hear the issue still persists. To clarify, is your thermostat not staying at your set temperature and changing it unexpectedly? If so, please clear all the schedule temperatures to avoid random adjustments. Also, if you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, disable the auto-schedule and turn off the Home and Away Assist.
Please let me know if that helps.
Regards,
Mark
