Hello, I recently installed a Neat Thermostat Gen 4, and I've noticed that it doesn't stop heating even after the desired temperature is reached. I've had it for 4 days, and it's running about 18 hours a day, which feels excessive, especially for a 1300 square foot home. Additionally, I've observed that the temperature displayed in the app is not accurate. For instance, I set the temperature to 22°C. After 2 hours of heating from an initial temperature of 21°C, it felt warm enough, so I tried manually stopping the heating. However, when I adjusted the app, the temperature reading jumped to 23.5°C, at which point the heating stopped. Could you explain why this happens? Is the thermostat faulty?

Can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring?
Also, post one of how the Nest baseplate is wired.

Hi @Patrick_Caezza
Thank you for your response. I am unable to upload photos- I do not this option (I am using Safari browser and it seems like a common issue).
I have uploaded photos to the dropbox. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/f8heci4e3r1gr0x0ycs2s/AIofYJclgK9WEEL8y4KQ0bM?rlkey=zfjg86j1z7pribeam...
