Nest thermostat won’t turn radiators on

Hello,

don’t know if anyone can help but I have googled and tried everything to no avail!

i had a new combi boiler fitted yesterday with a nest learning thermostat. Heating was working yesterday and this morning the thermostat says it’s heating but it’s not turning on the radiators! I have tried all the resets/restarts etc recommended for both the heat link and thermostat as well as run the tests on the thermostat it’s self with no luck. It says everything is fine and working…..radiators are still cold…I’m at a loss any help greatly appreciated!!

I should add that the boiler is working fine and hot water not controlled by the thermostat is fine.

Could you tell me please when did the situation start occurring first and when was the thermostat installed? Also, could you tell me please what is the color on the Heat Link?

Hi Both,

thank you for replying, I got the installer back out in the end and turns out there was a loose wire in the heat link connecting to the boiler which he fixed! Thank you for trying to help!
