I have set a 7 day schedule for our Nest system. We have upstairs and downstairs units on different schedules. Eco mode is off and so is the Home/Away assist on both. Date and time are accurate. Yet, the thermostat won't follow the schedule. Why won't it work? TYIA

Hello abfonsy,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
Is this a Nest Learning Thermostat? If so, please go to its Nest Sense settings to disable the Auto-schedule. This would only follow your created temperature schedule and wouldn't change the temperature on its own. Also, if you have the Google Home app installed on your phone, check the Routines and remove all thermostat actions available.
Let me know if that helps.
Regards,
Mark

I had done that all prior and no luck, but it seems to have gone to those settings since I originally posted my questions after a day or so. Thank you!

Hey abfonsy,
Thanks for getting back to us. I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here. How's it going? Were there any changes? If the same issue occurs, try resetting the thermostat to bring it back to its default settings.
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
Mark
