Nest thermostat

Hi 

I have just received my nest usage report for july and it states i have used 1 hour of energy that month. That is not true. The heating has not been on in months. How can this be rectified

Hello, If you have a gas boiler - some brands run for a few minutes after a period of non demand. This is stop sludge settling in the circulating pump etc. It could just be that.
