Nest thermostat

Neither a/c or heat will not come on with nest.  Fan will come on.  Wiring seems correct.

Please post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here.

This happened to me at least something similar! I had to reset the thermostat by pushing the button to clear out old settings and reset it up. Try that and see if it helps you.
