Nest thermostat

My upstairs Nash thermostat is set to come on at 7 am, but I’ve noticed when I get up to go to the bathroom it’s sometimes on At 20° at 0.4.23 05.19 etc. I’ve checked the schedule And it’s not supposed to come on till 7 am so why is it doing this please? It’s a learning thermostat and I got it a year ago but I don’t know what generation it is. it wouldn’t let me post aren’t saying a generation so as it was only November 2023 I assumed it was the latest one

• What kind of HVAC system do you have?" (Heat pump, conventional system, etc.)
• Do you notice any intervals or specific patterns between these strange behaviors?
• When was the last maintenance check for your HVAC system?
• Has there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
• Have you checked the routine that triggers this behavior and tried to reschedule it again?
