Nest wheel stopped working

My Nest wheel stopped working and now I can't change any settings. I have restarted but still not working.

Do you still need help with this? If yes, what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Also, how did you restart your thermostat's display? Did you follow the steps on this link to have it force restarted: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
