I recently installed two Gen 4 Nest Thermostats without issue at my business. I already have a lot of google devices in my home including the same thermostats. I added a New Home in my google app to keep the business devices separate from the house. Everything went smooth and the thermostats were accessible from my phone.
I switched homes in the app to change something at home which worked fine. Once I went back to the business location in the app the thermostats were gone. Nowhere to be found. It's as if they were never configured. They are not offline. I can see them connected to Wifi with an excellent signal in my business network. Without resetting the thermostats and starting over how can I get them to show back up in the Google Home App?
Per previous posts....I have removed and reinstalled the iOS Google Home and Google Next apps on my phone with no luck.

I understand how difficult it is to complete the physical installation and verify a strong Wi-Fi connection only to have the device not appear in your app after switching between homes. in short, the fix was to factory reset both thermostats and set them up again. I set them up in the same Google Home location from where they disappeared the first time. So far they are still there. I have no idea why they would just disappear. When I was setting them up again it said they were already associated with a Gmail account. Yes, it’s the same account. Very odd.
