New Wi-Fi net work installed.

I can’t figure out how to connect my nest thermostat to my new Wi-Fi net work. I’m sure it’s simple, but if someone could walk me through it, I’d appreciate it.

Do you use Google Home with your thermostat or is it the Nest App?

Did you factory reset your thermostat, and did the setup process again?

I haven’t really tried again. Thanks for your concern. I guess I will try the factory reset and see where that brings me.

Thanks everyone!!  I was able to connect by resetting to factory settings and start as a new install. Working fine. Thanks again.
