My thermostat and heat link have suddenly lost connectivity after 3 years of working perfectly fine.
The thermostat is coming up with a H71 error code. I’ve tried to reconnect but no luck. I can’t seem to reset the heat link, no matter how long I hold down the button for it doesn’t flash blue, just shows a yellow dot.
I’ve also tried to reset the Wi-Fi which doesn’t seem to help either.
Heating is fortunately on but can’t control it!
