I have received all Nest reports since my Nest was installed, however Oct through to December is stating they had no energy use data reported by my Learning thermostat? There are no WiFi connectivity issues. My Nest app and thru Google Home is working correctly. Can someone please help

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We're sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. Let's look deeper into this. There are parts of the home report data that should show up if you are not at home the whole month. the following information should show:
Another thing to look up is if the feature is turned on. You can check it by going to your Nest app.

Haven't received my report in months and nest has not been turned off WiFi is connected and have checked everything. Would really like to have it for comparison from previous months.
