My Thermostat E, shows a image of download
i cannot get oat this image and the thermostat will not work
I have reset the the thermostat and wifi router to no avail.
anyone have any idea if the issue.

Tried all of that already and to no avail. Thermostat is abut 3 inches from router!
i think it may be a new thermostat as there is zero response from it to anything I do.

I have exactly this issue. I installed my Thermostat E in November. It has been brilliantly since. But last evening it displayed this symbol indicating that it was downloading, it then stopped all operational activity and despite being restarted multiple times does not respond. The wifi router has been restarted. The app simply states both thermostat and heatlink as offline and will not allow any further diagnosis. No heating for 15 hours. I have tried to go through the warranty web pages but end up in a loop with no opportunity to report this stuck device. Can anyone help please.
