We have recently moved house where a nest is installed. They have set it back to factory settings and they told us to download the app and control from there. We did not get WiFi until yesterday and have not had hot water as a result for 6 days (not ideal when we have moved with a baby!). Having finally gone live with WiFi, we connected and ran a heat test which turned the heating on but we had hot water. I think since this has run through, we are now at the point of no hot water again.
Can someone pose hello with how we can control the hot water without having to turn the heating up full. We are new to using a nest and so completely clueless as how to control it.
Thanks

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. We managed to get it working yesterday when we tried going into the Equipment Pro menu and changing the boiler from combi to system which then offered the option of control of the hot water. A quick test of the Boost function for the water was successful so I’ve now set a schedule for the hot water heating. All seems to be going well. 🤞

Hello there, @Col7 !
Thanks for posting. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but I'll do my best to help. Can you please first let me know which type of boiler you have, combi or system? Also, can you go into the thermostat's Settings and then Equipment -> Pro Setup and let me know what you see in there or it would help a lot if you attach a photo with the Setup.
Many thanks, Oana.
