Hi team - I have a brand new Rheem HVAC that is electrical with a heat pump. My old thermostat never had any wires plugged into O or B and would heat up fine. When looking on my control panel it does have an orange wire plugged in that I of course put into the nest and made sure it knew it was indeed the B orange wire. According to my control board, my wires should mean this:

RH

G- Fan

Y1- compressor

W1- auxiliary heat

B- energized in heat. (Orange wire)

when the nest calls for heat… cold air comes out!

I had my white wire in W1 on the nest…

any suggestions?
