I have a completely updated and functioning 3rd generation Nest Learning thermostat yet there's no option anywhere to activate Airwave for my air conditioning for some reason. It's not able to be seen in the thermostat menu, on the Home app, or on the Nest app; just simply nothing about Airwave anywhere.
does anyone know what the deal with this is? is there anything i can do to be able to use Airwave?

Airwave is a feature that is available on some Nest thermostat models, but not all. The 3rd generation Nest Learning thermostat should have Airwave as a feature, but if it's not showing up on your thermostat or apps, it's possible that there's a setting or configuration that needs to be adjusted.
First, make sure that your thermostat is connected to Wi-Fi and is communicating with your Nest account. You can check this by going to the Nest app or website and verifying that your thermostat is listed and responding to commands.
If your thermostat is connected and working properly, try performing a factory reset on the thermostat to see if that helps. To do this, go to the thermostat settings menu and select "Reset." Follow the prompts to reset the thermostat to its default settings. Note that this will erase all of your current settings and configurations, so you'll need to set up the thermostat again from scratch.
If Airwave still doesn't appear as an option after resetting the thermostat, you may need to contact Nest customer support for further assistance. They may be able to diagnose the issue and provide additional troubleshooting steps or recommend a repair or replacement if necessary.
