Will fan turn on in Eco Mode

The compressor and blower on my AC turn on but the fan will not run. Compressor gets hot but temperature does not cool. Is it because of the Eco mode setting or is it an issue with the system itself?

If you are in ECO system mode, the ECO temperature settings should be out of range of typical desired room temperature.  If you want or need Air Conditioning cooling change your system mode to Cool.  In this picture you can see the ECO settings at the green leaf defaults that I use.

ECO is intended to save money by lowering energy demand from your HVAC equipment when you are away from home.  If you desire a more comfortable temperature the setting up a Cool Schedule.  ECO mode does not interrupt system operation. If your ECO temperature setting is exceeded, it will turn on the HVAC system to either Heat or Cool based on your house temperature.  Now, then some HVAC systems require the the thermostat to turn the blower on when it call for cooling.  This depends on the system itself. If there is a control board it will be that control board that will activate the blower fan when the Y/Y1 is activated.

So test your blower fan by Turing on the fan for a few minutes. Does the fan come on? If it does not, there is a mechanical or electrical failure with the blower itself.  To test the cooling system, try this, switch your mode to Cool, then set the temperature a couple degrees below the current room temperature.  If the blower comes on, the control board is controlling the blower fan.
