Not sure if compatible to use

I am not sure if anyone can help me but I thought I would try before returning the thermostat. I have a 2.5 Ton Goodman Front Return Air Handler (8Kw) Model:AWUF300816BA. I just moved in and had maintenance done the other day.  The repairman thought it would work. However, I could not figure out how to set it up. I chatted with support but they could not help because the current thermostat does not have the info they needed. Here are pictures of the front and wiring. Thank you in advance for any help.PXL_20220707_174405767.jpgPXL_20220707_155001916.PORTRAIT.jpg

Hey OddJob,

Thanks for reaching out and for providing a photo of your current thermostat.

It seems that you have a dual fuel system. Sometimes, these are also called a hybrid or packaged system which is a combination of a heat pump for primary heating and cooling, and a furnace (usually gas or oil) that provides a second and/or third stage of heating.

While this is compatible with our Nest thermostats, you will need to have a trained professional set up your thermostat. It’s important for a professional to assess the requirements for your specific dual fuel configuration since choosing incorrect options for a dual fuel system can result in damage to your system. Please contact a local pro.

Best,

Melba
