Had my nest installed today by an engineer. Nest won’t turn on or off the heating. He said it was a heat link issue and that I need to get a new one, even though when I turn the heating above the current temperature I can hear the heat link click as something has been tripped in there (so they definitely are connected). Any help appreciated as can’t face spending another £180 for someone to give it another go
