- Is your thermostat showing as online in the app and can you control it from there?
- Do you see a low battery message on the thermostat's display?
At this moment, to try to unlock the thermostat, I'd like you to try the following:
- Nest app:
- Open Nest app.
- Select the thermostat they'd like to unlock.
- Select Settings.
- Unlock.
- Google Home app:
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap Favorites or Devices.
- Select your thermostat.
- Tap Settings icon Thermostat.
- Tap Lock confirm to unlock the thermostat.
