I am having problems with my iComfort made by Lennox. I am trying to connect my Thermostat to my new Google Hub Max. Google tells me my iComfort Lennox is not available. However, Alexa can give me my inside temperature. Why is this happening? Can someone guide me through the process of connecting my Max to my iComfort? Thank you in advance to helping me resolving my issue!

A few questions: did you link your Lennox iComfort to your Google Nest Hub Max using the Google Home app? If so, did you get any message? If you haven't link your Lennox iComfort account, follow these guide:

 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. At the top left, tap Add> Set up device> Works with Google.
  3. Select the manufacturer of the device from the list.
  4. Follow the in-app steps to complete linking.
