Radiator without thermostatic valve

StefanoC

Hello

I have a nest thermostat in the bedroom and it controls all the first floor. On the floor there are also other radiators with thermostatic valve. The radiator in the bedroom is the only one without thermostatic valve as in theory should be controlled by the nest itself.

The problem is that all the radiators of the floor are hot but the one in the bedroom (without thermostatic valve) is the only one cold.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Of course I have already checked the radiator in the bedroom (valve is open and removed the air).

Thanks a lot

Hey folks,

StefanoC, let's check — what type of Nest thermostat do you have? When did it start happening? Has there been any recent work done on your thermostat(s) or HVAC system? Were there any power outages? Also, what country are you located in?

I appreciate the help, Misbah.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Archie
