I have 5 wires with my thermostat : Red, Yellow, Black, Brown and White. There is not label for checking the compatibility.
do you have someone know this system?

What brand and model is the thermostat and what kind of heating system do you have do you know the brand of furnace? Is there a control box near the furnace that the other end of the wires are connected to?

The brand our air conditioner system is « Goodman », I find the end of the wire where I saw the same label: ABCDE

Is this a mini split wall unit or a regular furnace with ductwork?
The thermostat looks like it's designed for a mini split system.
If you follow the wires leaving the white box in the ceiling to the Goodman unit see if they connect to terminals labeled R Y W G C etc.

Usually you have to use the proprietary thermostat with mini splits. You can try contacting Goodman to find out if they have a adapter or something to use a nest with your system. They will probably need the model number of the system from the decal on it.
