Besides terrible techncial support, impossibility of speaking with a customer advocate and fraudulent behavior when replacing defective product I've had it with Google!! I would not accept a remanufactured product to replace a product originally purchased new. I was told a new product would be shipped with new product warranty. I received a remanufactured product which continued the warranty under my original product. The remanufactured product failed and I was told warranty had timed out and tech support recommended buying a new 4th gen Nest model after supeficial review of existing model This is the last google nest product I will purchase. WIFI service provider subsequently defined and solved the problem---I hope!!
