Re: Tried all the Wi-Fi connection troubleshooting

After trying to re-install a replacement for 4 hours and 5 months of troubleshooting and nest support I really would not waste your time...the product has loads of issues and it's about time Google sorted it out. The new/refurbished thermostat will not connect to the old heat link they said they would send a new device and heat link they are just a "new/refurbished" unit. I had to change the Heat link code which did not work...more problems...I don't think it will work
