I would like to make a formal complaint against Nest.
My Nest thermostat system was replaced by Nest as it was manufacturing faulty . Nest arranged this through a third party BOXT. The technician replaced the faulty part but he did not connect wire property meaning we could not have room heating. I contacted the technician but he sounded like not know what was going on. I , in emergency, contacted Keiran from Pavo Heat Ltd from check a trade as my home was freezing for the the last tree days and i have three young children. This cost me £90 but I think Nest should compensate this to me. I am happy to give the contact details for this engineer for clarification that BOXT people did not do their job properly.
