I own three gen 1&2 Nest thermostats. Google will only allow discount, on two of them. Horrible decision on their part. I’ll just purchase a comparable competing model (Ecobee/Honeywell) for cheaper than the discounted price from Google. Terrible way to treat a longtime user when they decide to quit supporting their early model products. Very shortsighted.

I wonder if their records don't show the third Nest. I have a similar situation as I have two Gen 2 Nests but they only think I have one. I'm hoping someone from Google will chime in here and give us the option to prove we have more via serial numbers or something.

I contacted Google, my request for a 3rd discount was elevated two levels, and then specifically denied. They knew I had 3 and I gave them the serial number of each. All 3 show up on the app too.

That is disgusting! Nest was so good until Google took over. Ugggg....
