Replacement Thermostat

hi there, I have been sent a new thermostat to replace my old one that wouldnt connect to wi fi and was showing an error code. New one has come and connects with wifi fi but now we have no hot water.

Cant find any helpline telephone number anywhere. Please help!

Hi @stuartherbert , thanks for reaching out to us here. I would be happy to try and assist. 

 

If you previously had hot water control that just means we need to set the system up correctly so they are enabled back. 

 

On the display go to Settings> Equipment> Pro Setup. Select System boiler or Other for the boiler type and proceed to the rest of the options. Once you get to Hot water control, make sure to set it to On/Off control. Once done you should have the hot water control on the thermostat and the Nest app enabled.
