Replacement heat link

Heat link has failed H72 code appearing- electrical engineer has advised that we need replacement heat link. Concerned as I can see a number of treads referring to this issue seams to be a widespread problem. Installed approx 1.5 years.

My heat link has just failed too, has power etc. Very disappointing, only installed 2 years ago.

Same here. Installed about 16 months ago. No lights on the heat link but power fine to the boiler. Where is the best place to get a replacement?

Contacted Google nest help today via online chat. Still under warranty, sending replacement heat link hopefully in the next couple of days.  Sorted quickly.
