Replacement nest heat link

I had a phone call with. Google rep today at 5.20pm or so due to the fact my nest heat link stopped working.

We went through everything over the phone and he confirmed a replacement piece was to be sent to me, he said there would be a form emailed to me within minutes to confirm what to do.

That’s now over 5 hours ago and nothings has been sent!

I've now been waiting 10 days for mine to be sorted, been on 6 chats totaling over 5 hours and still no further along. They have a 3rd part they use in the UK but they don't cover all of the UK. Good luck and I hope you get sorted
