Replacing with Nest

I am replacing two thermostats with new Nest thermostats. What do i need to buy?

What kind of HVAC system do you have now?

Heat and AC system or heat only? Is it hot air with ductwork or hot water boiler system?

How many wires are at each Tstat now?

Post a picture of each thermostat's wiring here, and I'll tell you which Nest thermostat will work and the suggested wiring.
