Reverts to Eco setting while we're home

My thermostat keepts reverting to eco.  Presence setting is off. Allow home to use phone locations is off.  How do I turn off revert to eco?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Do you have any relatives or friends who have access to your Google or Nest app account?
