Rush hour does not end at 7:00pm

Rush hour is set between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m.; however after 7:00 p.m. it is not ending on my Google nest thermostat.  If I try to change the temperature on my phone app it will not allow me to do so. The actual thermostat shows in rush hour until 7:00 p.m. but it doesn't seem to recognize that it is already after 7:00 p.m.
