Schedule on nest not running intermittently

Cooling schedule not being followed intermittently. When the settings have the correct information. Any information may be helpful. So far the work around is to choose comfort and set a hold.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Please provide your thermostat power readout. 

 

You can follow the guide below:

 

Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E:

 

  1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Look for Technical Info.
  4. Select Power.

 

Nest Thermostat 2020:

  1. Open the Google Home app and then tap the thermostat and then tap Settings .
  2. Select the Device Information.
  3. Choose Technical Information.

 

Also, please check your thermostat Energy History. It might help you see what your thermostat was doing previously. You can visit this support article on how to check Energy History in the thermostat or in the Nest app.
