I have my schedule set up in Google home including home location. However the time of the schedule is always off. For example it will say it is in sleep mode until 630am, but it is already 730am. Note in the pic it is after 9am and it says it is in comfort mode until 730 am.. which was an hour and a half ago!

Hi Angelamie12,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.
Let's check a couple of things for us to further isolate the issue. Try to restart your Nest Thermostat and your Wi-Fi router. You may also log out from the app and log back in after a couple of minutes.
Check out this link on how to restart your Nest Thermostat.
Regards,
Ryan

Times seem to be working but now presence is not. It identifies me as being home but still goes to eco. Everything is on in the settings.

Hi Angelamie12,
Thanks for letting us know. I'd love to know more about this. What devices are enabled on your Home / Away Assist settings? To isolate the issue, could you try enabling just your phone?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Edward
