Set to eco now no heat

We set our t-stat to eco mode at 66* Friday night.  Come back Saturday night and temperature is at 55*, all night testing heat and auxiliary heat only blowing cold air.  Safety heat keeps us at 45* but cannot get anything above that now.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about what's happening.

Let's further isolate the issue by restarting your thermostat first. Go to the HVAC system and check if the switch is on and that drip pans and filters are fine. 

Check your temperature schedule and clear it if it needs to just to make sure it isn't following any unplanned or learned temperature schedule.

We have the exact same issue and all of our filters etc are fine

My issue was the actual heat pump. Inducer motor went out.
