Simple "turn the AC on for an hour" request ?

Just curious here, is there a way to just turn on the AC for an hour? Similar to the fan.  Sometimes I just need to lower the humidity in the house and I only want the AC on for an hour. I shouldn't have to mess with adjusting temps, remembering to go back to it in an hour and turning it off.
