Hi,
Recently the Heat Link died. No lights even though power supply is working.
The Nest was installed in June 2021. We have had little issues with it up to this. Disappointing that the Link is gone after such a shirt time.
Please advise what can be done to rectify the problem. The only Links I see available are previously used, and I'm not such I want to go down that route

Yes the heat is working manually, it is only not working when it is connected to Heat Link.
