Solved: Heat Pump with central air not cooling

Moderator edit: Subject updated for clarity and findability.

I've got an electric heat pump in the attic with a central air unit outside.

Removed the old thermostat to install the Nest with the following connections.

G, W, C (brown wire), Y, R (jumper to Rc)

Installed the Nest using the provided instructions with the following connections.

G to G, W to O/B, C to C, Y to Y1, R to Rh

AC was working prior to the install, but now the vents are blowing lukewarm air, keeping it around 78 degrees when set to 69. I reseated all of the connections and everything appears secure. Turning the unit to heat does the same thing. Changed the setting to B wire, still not working correctly. Fan is blowing on both settings, the temperature just isn't correct. System worked correctly in the 15 minutes prior to Nest install. What did I do wrong? Thanks!

Update: uninstalled everything and reinstalled. Switched the system on and had the same problem. Switched the O/B wire setting to blue again and the system worked properly this time.
