Stg 1 or Stg 2?

4th gen thermostat does not indicate whether the system is in stage 1 or 2, even in the Google Home app. It did in the 3rd Generation. Google never addresses this. A heads up would have been nice, As I have been double checking my wiring. Anyone else find this annoying?

  • What type of HVAC system do you have?

  • When did you install your Nest Thermostat?

  • Have you already performed any troubleshooting steps? If so, could you please list them?

  • I appreciate that you double-checked your wiring, but could you please send me a picture of your thermostat wiring?
