Best regards,

Hi, Daniel.  Thanks for the response.  I don't have a "Home" app.  I have the Nest app.  It's really not a huge deal, but every few times I open the app, it tries to get me to sign up for Nest Renew.  It's just annoying that it doesn't let me opt out permanently.

Hi there!

Thanks for your reply.
I apologize for all the inconveniences with your Nest app and the prompt to sign up for Nest Renew. I will suggest you try to erase the cache and clear data for the Nest app. If after doing that you are still suffering the same issue, here I send you the feedback form if you want to put your suggestions about this feature, then we are going to be able to work on it in the future.

If you still have assistance, you can keep posting.

Regards,
Daniel.

Thanks again.  It's really not that big of a deal.  I'm spending more time trying to resolve it than it will ever possibly cost me in a lifetime of using the app to simply say no every time.  As  general rule, coding something to say, "Sign up now", or "Remind me later" but not providing a "never ask me again" option is just annoying.  I bought the thermostats for two reasons:  To be able to control them via Alexa or my phone, and to be able to lock temps with in a range and stop people who don't pay the electric bill from messing with them.  They work for those purposes.  It's just a minor annoyance in my life, but I legit have considered replacing them with another brand because of how they have pissed me off.  I'm petty like that, I guess.
