I just replaced my Gen3 with a new Gen4 in order to have System Health Monitor send issue alerts while away from home for lengthy periods of time. I have read https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9984225?hl=en carefully. My system meets the stated qualifications, but I simply cannot find the System Health Monitor.
What I see when I tap the settings icon per a above is:
General - has Device Information, Sharing and Notifications (the latter has only an air filter reminder).
Device features - has Thermostat, Temperature preferences, sensors, schedules and energy dashboard.
I've gone category under General and Device Features and do not find anything about System Health Monitor.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi RossN,
Thanks for reaching out! I understand it can be tricky to locate the System Health Monitor feature in the Google Home app, especially when you've already confirmed your system meets the requirements. Don't worry, I'm here to help you get this sorted.
I'd like to confirm a few details, so I'll ask you a few questions:
Please feel free to share any additional details you think might be relevant.
Best regards,

Eduardo, thank you for reaching out. I have resolved my problem. My mistake was first tapping on the thermostat and then selecting settings. I discovered that I need to select settings while on the main screen before selecting the thermostat. Very confusing. I have two homes, both with Nest thermostats, so I'm left wondering whether the System Health Monitor is functioning on both homes or just one.

Hi @RossN,
Thank you very much for confirming that you've successfully resolved the situation with your System Health Monitor feature! It's understandable that navigating app settings can sometimes be a bit confusing.
Regarding your question about whether this feature works when you have two homes, each with Nest thermostats: Yes, the System Health Monitor feature is designed to work for both of your homes. As long as both Nest thermostats are connected to the same Google account and are online, the System Health Monitor can send notifications.
Let me know if you have any other questions
Best regards,
Eduardo
