Temperature isn't accurate

The thermostat temperature isn't accurate, minimum regulation is 0,5°C. Is there any way to have accurate temperature?

Yikes! Let's see what's going on. A few questions:

• Are you located in North America or Europe?
• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? 
• Where did you install your thermostat? In a room and on a wall or stand? 
• Do you have other active Nest thermostats? If yes, do they show the same issue?
• When did the issue start?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If yes, would you mind listing them?
• Do you have a room thermometer? If so, take a photo of the thermometer next to the Nest Thermostat. Both the thermometer and thermostat screens should be visible in the photo and show the difference in each other’s readouts.

Hi Zoe, here my replies following your questions order.

• Italy (EU)
• Nest Learning Thermostat
• On a wall in the hallway
• No
• From the beginning, bought about 1 month ago
• Yes, reset to factory default.
• I have the old thermostat, it shows 1°C lower than Nest

My question was focused on the temperature regulation. The adjustment scale of Nest thermostat is 0,5°C. My old digital thermostat adjustment scale is 0,1°C. So the Nest thermostat isn't accurate.
