Well, I wanted to love you, I wanted you to save me money every month but now you put me out a couple thousand dollars. When I had the nest professionally installed, everything looked and felt fine for a couple hours, but then I realized that the house started getting hotter and hotter after it stated it would take 2+ hours to cool down to 70. It showed the temp of the house being 79. I have a condenser and ac combo that utilized r 410 freon. I called the installer back after it froze, he stated everything seemed fine, he checked freon level, we had made sure the coil was cleaned about a week ago, I cleaned the condenser about a month ago, he stated there should be no issue with the unit itself. Before nest, I had no issues with anything freezing over. I now have to replace the coil on my AC and I've installed the old thermostat back. Thanks, Nest...
