The only this worse than the product is support

I’m without AC in the summertime, don’t anticipate heat in the winter because this little electronic box I paid extra for to install with my hvac system has no support except you tube videos and so far blinking green lights, blinking red lights, resetting instead of turning on, horrible

Same, got fed up with mine and lack of support.

Mine would "learn" once then never again. Also the "eco-schedule" that gets forced on users every summer and winter always overrides my settings even though I opted out of it.

Support is non-existent since like every Google item, it relies on volunteers to do the dirty work.

Swapped it to a wifi Honeywell, best idea ever.

Took the nest to a workbench and hit it with a hammer.
