The nest work completely fine for a year and recently keep showing low battery on screen, so it keep turning my heater on and off every 2 mins. I guess that when the sensor kick in, so whole night I hear my heater fan turn on for about 30 seconds then off for a minute and on again for 30 seconds..... I can't sleep, so frustrated, what's going on? I unplug it, charge it with a plug in wire, use for an hour, happen again......!Help!!!

Do you have the C wire connected to your Nest Thermostat?

Yes, we check all wires, we end up contact Google and they said the battery is not charging in the Google nest, so we will have to buy a new one coz not like a cell phone battery that we can change. Very disappointed, and it just over the one year warranty, I think I will change to a different brand, no longer die hard fans of Google products.
